Urgent warning
If anyone asks you to send project or investment money to TitleShield, its founder, an employee, agent or personal account, do not pay. Preserve the message and report it immediately.
1. What you may report
- poor service, delay, inaccurate records or an unresolved governance concern;
- a privacy request, suspected data loss or unauthorised access;
- someone impersonating TitleShield or its personnel;
- a request to send project money to TitleShield or a personal account;
- a false promise of returns or an alleged TitleShield investment opportunity;
- harassment, discrimination, conflict of interest or misconduct; or
- website accessibility, security or technical problems.
2. How to report
Email hello@titleshieldpro.com with the subject “TitleShield Complaint or Incident”. Include your name and safe contact details, what happened, relevant dates, people or organisations involved, the outcome you seek and copies of non-sensitive supporting evidence.
Do not email passwords, full bank-card details, authentication codes, unredacted identity documents or confidential originals. We will provide a secure route if sensitive evidence is necessary.
3. Immediate protective action
For suspected fraud, stop communication and payment, contact the relevant bank or escrow provider, preserve evidence and report to appropriate law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where necessary. For imminent physical danger, contact emergency services. TitleShield’s internal review does not replace those steps.
4. What happens next
TitleShield will acknowledge the report, classify its urgency, protect relevant evidence, identify conflicts, investigate or refer it to the responsible professional, and communicate an outcome where lawful. Complex matters may require additional information or more time. Formal response targets will be published before live platform launch.
5. Privacy and confidentiality
Reports will be shared only with people who need the information to assess, investigate, obtain advice, protect rights or comply with law. Confidentiality cannot be promised where disclosure is legally required or necessary to address a serious risk.
6. Fair treatment and non-retaliation
A good-faith complaint will not by itself disadvantage a person. Deliberately false, abusive or malicious reports may be restricted and handled under applicable law.
7. Escalation
If a privacy matter is not resolved, an individual may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Securities concerns may be reported to Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission. Criminal conduct may be reported to the appropriate law-enforcement authority. Contractual or professional disputes may follow the process stated in the relevant agreement or professional rules.
8. Recordkeeping
TitleShield will retain complaint and incident records only as needed for investigation, legal obligations, security, audit, dispute handling and service improvement, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Remember
TitleShield does not receive project contributions. A payment request made in our name should be treated as suspicious until independently verified.
This procedure is active for website and pre-launch concerns. Detailed service-level targets and secure case management will be activated before platform onboarding begins.
